Included in every plan

Stop walking laps of your own warehouse.

Pick lists in door-to-door order, not alphabetical order. Draw your racks, bins, aisles and the pack bench, and every batch sorts itself into walking order. The route is planned instantly and it is the same every time, so your pickers can trust it.

What you get

Three parts, one system.

01
Draw the floor

Racks, bins, aisles, obstacles.

A drag-and-drop editor that matches the bin locations you already use in Shopify. Most floors are drawn in an afternoon.

02
Every batch, in order

Out from the bench and back.

Each pick batch becomes one walk that starts at the pack bench, visits every bin in the shortest sensible order and ends back where the packing happens.

03
On the iPad

Follow the route, tick the bins.

The picker shows the next bin and the count. It keeps working in wifi dead spots and syncs the moment the signal returns.

In practice

From sign-up to the floor.

How the routing works

The route is a walking-order plan: it takes the bins in a batch, the aisles you drew and the bench as the start and end, and finds a short, predictable path through them. It is instant, it does not change between runs, and there is no black box to argue with. The learning part of OrderOps lives at the pack bench, where box suggestions come from how your team has actually packed.

  1. Draw your floor. Warehouse map and pick routes.
  2. Match your Shopify bin locations to the map.
  3. Run a batch on the iPad and follow the route.

See it on the features page: the map is the pick list.

Before you decide

Fair questions, straight answers.

Is the route really AI?

The route planner is a deterministic walking-order optimiser: fast, predictable, the same result every time. The part of OrderOps that learns is the pack bench, which suggests boxes from your own packing history. We call the whole "AI at the core" and we are happy to explain exactly what each part does.

Do I have to draw the whole warehouse?

Start with the racks you pick from most. Bins that are not on the map fall back to location order.

Does it handle obstacles and one-way aisles?

You can place obstacles and shape aisles; the route goes around them.

What if my bin locations are messy?

Clean them up in Shopify first; the map uses the same names. The reconcile tool helps find products with no location.
