Multi-store · included in every plan

All your Shopify stores, one floor.

Wholesale, retail, outlet, a second brand: connect every Shopify store you run and work them as one operation. Orders from all of them land in one queue, stock is pooled or kept separate per store, and tracking goes back to the store the order came from.

What you get

Three parts, one system.

01
One queue

Every store, one pack bench.

Orders from every connected store appear in one queue seconds after checkout, with the store name on each order. Pack them in any order; the label and tracking go back to the right store.

02
Pooled or separate stock

Your call, per product.

Share one stock pool across sister stores, or keep each store independent. Every sale, refund and pack writes the number back to every store that shares the pool, exactly once.

03
Priced by volume, not stores

Stores are free.

Plans are priced by total monthly order volume across all your stores combined, not per store. Two stores or six, the price is the same.

In practice

From sign-up to the floor.

How it works

  1. Connect each Shopify store. Connect your Shopify stores covers permissions and what syncs.
  2. Choose pooled or independent stock for the products the stores share. Pooled vs independent stock explains the trade-offs.
  3. Pick and pack from the one queue. Batches can mix stores; the label is always for the right one.
  4. Watch stock and tracking flow back to each store on its own, without a spreadsheet.

Running multiple stores from one warehouse is the setup we run ourselves. Read the guide.

Before you decide

Fair questions, straight answers.

How many stores can I connect?

As many as you run. Plans are priced by combined monthly order volume, not by store.

Can two stores share stock?

Yes. Put the products in a shared pool and every sale on either store updates both. Or keep them independent; it is a per-product choice.

Does each store keep its own carrier account?

Carrier accounts belong to the organisation and are shared across stores. Each store can have its own sender details for labels.

Can I run two warehouses?

Not today. OrderOps assumes one dispatch location per organisation. Several stores from one warehouse is exactly what it is built for.
