Fair questions, straight answers.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Scanning is optional and off by default. Turn it on per organisation to warn or require a scan at pick or pack, with the iPad camera or a hardware scanner.
Which iPads work?
Any iPad on iPadOS 17 or later. One shared warehouse iPad is enough to start.
Can two people pick at once?
Yes. Batches are independent, and packing locks the order so nobody picks something that is already packed.
Does it work without the warehouse map?
Yes. Without a map, picks are sorted by bin location. With a map, they follow the walking route.
