How it works
- Switch on scanning for picking, packing or both, and choose whether a scan warns or is required. The pack bench and shortcuts.
- Turn on totes for the warehouse and print tote labels. Each order in a batch then gets its own tote.
- Create a batch by timeframe, tag, carrier or product type. Create and run pick batches.
- Pair a shared warehouse iPad and pick in walking order. Pair the iPad picker.
- At the bench, scan the tote, scan the items, and one key prints the label and opens the next order.

Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Scanning is optional and off until you switch it on. Use the iPad camera or any hardware scanner, and choose whether a scan warns or is required.
Does tote picking work on the iPad?
Tote picking runs in the web picker today, on any tablet or computer with a browser. Tote screens for the iPad app are in development.
Which iPads work?
Any iPad on iPadOS 17 or later. One shared warehouse iPad is enough to start.
Can two people pick at once?
Yes. Batches are independent, units already boxed can’t be picked again, and packing locks the order.
Does it work without the warehouse map?
Yes. Without a map, picks are sorted by bin location. With a map, they follow the shortest walk.
