What does “BYO carrier account” mean?

You connect your own AusPost eParcel, StarTrack, Team Global Express, TNT, DHL Express or Aramex account. Your negotiated rates apply, charges go to your account, and we never mark up postage. Your account details are protected with bank-grade encryption and only ever used for your stores. Freight with someone else? We integrate carriers on request. Ask us.

What does the trial look like?

Paid plans come with 14 days free, billed through Shopify, with no charge until the trial ends. Or skip the trial entirely: the Free plan covers 50 orders a month with every feature and no card. Sign up, connect your store, and you can be printing labels the same day. And if you want a hand, book a walkthrough and we pack a real order with your stock.

Do all my Shopify stores fit in one plan?

Yes. Plans are priced by total monthly order volume across all your stores combined, not per store.

What does BETA mean for a carrier?

The integration is built and tested against the carrier’s official specifications, but it has not yet moved enough real parcels on live merchant accounts for us to call it LIVE. Aramex is the only carrier still in beta; every other carrier on the list is live. We will tell you exactly where it stands before you rely on it.

Is there a public API?

Not yet. OrderOps connects directly to Shopify and keeps everything in sync for you. If you need an API, tell us what you would build. It shapes the roadmap.

Multiple warehouses?

Not today. OrderOps assumes one dispatch location per organisation, with one sender address per carrier. If you run multiple sites, talk to us about where that sits on the roadmap.

Windows on the bench?

OrderOps Print for Windows is in development. The Mac version is live today, and any Mac on the network can drive the label printers.

Who builds this?

Ivory & Deene, an Australian homewares retailer. OrderOps runs our own floor every day; features ship because we needed them on a Tuesday.

What if I go over my plan?

Orders never stop syncing, and labels keep printing until 10% past your allowance — we warn you as you approach it. Past the buffer, upgrading to the next plan takes one click and printing resumes instantly.

Set it up yourself, or we do it with you. Free either way.

There is no setup fee, no paid onboarding package and no consultant to hire. Most floors are running in about a morning from the checklist in the app, and if you would rather not do it alone we run the whole thing with you on a call, at no charge.
