How it works

Pack and label. A printed label every few keystrokes.

One key prints the label and pulls up the next order, so you can pack an entire batch without touching the mouse. Live quotes from every connected carrier update as you type, with signature, authority-to-leave, cover and dangerous goods handled per product. Multi-parcel is built in, returns and international customs run on AusPost, orders to the same address can share one parcel and one tracking number, and barcode verification at the bench is there whenever you want the certainty. Phone orders and one-offs run down the same line as everything else.

How it works

Dispatch: manifests and after

Dispatch. Close the day in one click.

Close end-of-day manifests for AusPost, StarTrack and TNT. Team Global Express, DHL Express and Aramex hand over on the courier’s regular run, so their day closes with a driver summary instead. Labels can be voided any time before manifest; after that they lock, because the parcel is with the carrier. Tracking updates stream back automatically, customers get their tracking email without anyone sending it, and the day’s paperwork is a click away.
