Do we need IT to set this up?
No. Connect a store from the signup wizard, enter your carrier account details, pair the printer once from the browser. Most floors are printing labels the same day they sign up.
Do we keep our carrier rates?
Yes. You connect your own carrier accounts, your negotiated rates apply, and OrderOps never marks up postage. Your carrier relationship stays yours.
What happens to the tools we replace?
Usually just the spreadsheet and the carrier portals. Shopify stays exactly as it is — OrderOps works alongside it, not instead of it.
