The honest version

Which one fits.

Where Shippit fits

  • You want one platform to book across many carrier networks, including ones you do not hold an account with.
  • You run delivery operations at a scale where carrier rules and fleet management matter more than the pack bench.
  • You sell on platforms beyond Shopify.

Where OrderOps fits

  • You hold your own Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack contract and want to ship on it with no per-booking fee and no markup.
  • You want picking, packing, printing and inventory in the same system as shipping, with two-way Shopify sync.
  • You want to pay one predictable price by order volume, with every feature on every plan.

Before you switch

Does OrderOps charge per booking?

No. OrderOps is free up to 50 orders a month; paid plans start at US$39 a month by order volume, and every feature is on every plan.

No. OrderOps ships on your own carrier accounts only: Australia Post eParcel, StarTrack, Team Global Express, TNT and DHL Express, plus Aramex in beta and others on request.

Does OrderOps have carrier selection rules?

No. Every enabled service is quoted live at the bench and the cheapest is highlighted for the packer.

Which is cheaper?

It depends on your volume and whether you hold carrier contracts. Shippit publishes tiers in Australian dollars excluding GST; OrderOps publishes tiers in US dollars by order count. Compare both against your monthly order count.
