The honest version

Which one fits.

Where ShipStation fits

  • You sell on several platforms and marketplaces and want one shipping tool for all of them.
  • You do not hold carrier contracts and want discounted rates included in the subscription.
  • You ship internationally with carriers such as DHL Express, UPS or FedEx.

Where OrderOps fits

  • You are on Shopify and hold your own Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack contract, and want to ship on it with no markup.
  • You want the floor in one system: walking-order pick routes, an offline-tolerant iPad picker, a keyboard-first pack bench, labels straight to the thermal printer.
  • You want true landed cost and margin per order alongside shipping, on every plan.
What OrderOps is

03
AI at the core

Each day faster than the last.

Walking-order pick routes through your racks, and packing suggestions learned from how your team really packs.

Before you switch

Switching questions, answered.

Does OrderOps include discounted carrier rates?

No. OrderOps ships on your own carrier accounts and never marks up postage. If you do not hold a contract yet, Australia Post eParcel is the usual starting point; we can help you get set up.

Can I bring my own carrier account to OrderOps on the cheapest plan?

Yes. Every OrderOps plan works the same way, on your own accounts, from the first tier.

Which is better for international?

ShipStation lists more international carriers. OrderOps ships internationally on Australia Post with per-box customs.

Is OrderOps available outside Australia?

OrderOps is built for Australian Shopify stores and the carrier line-up is Australian. The trial is open to anyone, but the carriers are the ones above.
