The free plan, paid tiers by order volume, the 14-day trial, and changing plans.
OrderOps bills through Shopify in US dollars, tiered by your monthly order volume, monthly or annual. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; the Free plan needs no card. Your plan appears alongside your other app charges on your Shopify invoice.
Plans
- Free for up to 50 orders / month — every feature, no card
- $39 / month or $390 / year for up to 250 orders
- $99 / month or $990 / year for up to 1,000 orders
- $199 / month or $1,990 / year for up to 3,000 orders
- $399 / month or $3,990 / year for over 3,000 orders, no ceiling
All prices USD. Postage is separate and stays yours: you ship on your own carrier accounts, the carriers bill you directly, and OrderOps never marks up a label.
The 14-day trial
When you first subscribe, checkout starts a 14-day trial. After the trial the plan bills through Shopify on the cadence you chose, monthly or annual.
Changing plans
Pick the tier that covers your monthly orders and move up as volume grows. Plan changes are handled from the billing page. The top plan has no order ceiling, and if your operation has unusual needs, talk to us.
Who can touch billing
Billing is owner-only. The billing:manage permission is fixed to the owner role and is never granted to admins or members. The split is explained in Roles & permissions. Payment is handled by Shopify end to end; OrderOps never sees or stores card numbers.
