OrderOps bills through Stripe in Australian dollars, tiered by your monthly order volume, with a 14-day trial on your first subscription.

Plans

• $49 / month — up to 100 orders
• $99 / month — up to 500 orders
• $199 / month — up to 2,000 orders
• $299 / month — up to 5,000 orders
• $499 / month — up to 10,000 orders

All prices AUD. Postage is separate and stays yours: you ship on your own carrier accounts, the carriers bill you directly, and OrderOps never marks up a label.

The 14-day trial

When you first subscribe, checkout starts a 14-day trial. After the trial the plan bills monthly.

Changing plans

Pick the tier that covers your monthly orders and move up as volume grows. Plan changes are handled from the billing page. If you are heading past 10,000 orders a month, talk to us.

Who can touch billing

Billing is owner-only. The billing:manage permission is fixed to the owner role and is never granted to admins or members — the split is explained in Roles & permissions. Cards are handled by Stripe end to end; OrderOps never sees or stores card numbers.
