Team Global Express is integrated but flagged beta — the third courier on the standard lineup next to AusPost and StarTrack. This page says exactly what beta means, what works today, and how we handle carriers we don't list.

What beta means here

The code is written and tested against carrier specs and recorded payloads. What's missing is mileage: these carriers haven't run end to end on enough live merchant accounts, and some paths haven't been validated against the real carrier at all. We mark those below rather than hide them. If you want a beta carrier, talk to us first — we'll watch the first consignments with you.

Team Global Express (IPEC)

Built for IPEC parcel freight. You bring OAuth credentials, your shipper ID and account code, and a GS1 company prefix — OrderOps generates an SSCC for every item. Working today: rate quotes, labels, returns, international, and 9-milestone tracking via both polling and a push webhook.

• Dangerous goods declarations are serialised per item — spec-verified, not yet round-tripped on a live TGE account.
• Voids are recorded in OrderOps only; nothing is sent to TGE. Clear any cancellation with your TGE rep.

Like the live carriers, beta credentials are encrypted per organisation with AES-256-GCM and validated before the first label. Same rules as AusPost — your account, your rates, no pooling.

Need a different carrier?

The standard lineup is AusPost, StarTrack and Team Global Express. If your freight lives with someone else — TNT, FedEx, a regional courier — talk to us: we build carrier integrations on request, and we have substantial groundwork done for several already. A request from a real floor gets scoped with you, built against the carrier's spec, and validated on your account before real volume moves through it.
