TGE, TNT, DHL Express and Aramex: the other carriers

Team Global Express, TNT and DHL Express are live. Aramex is integrated but still flagged beta. Together with AusPost and StarTrack they are the carriers on the standard lineup. This page says what works today on each of them, what beta still means on Aramex, and how we handle carriers we don't list.

What beta means on Aramex

Aramex is the one carrier still marked beta. The code is written and tested against the carrier spec and recorded payloads. What's missing is mileage: it hasn't run end to end on enough live merchant accounts, and some paths haven't been validated against the real carrier at all. We mark those below rather than hide them. If you want Aramex, talk to us first. We'll watch the first consignments with you.

Team Global Express (IPEC)

Built for IPEC parcel freight. You bring OAuth credentials, your shipper ID and account code, and a GS1 company prefix: OrderOps generates an SSCC for every item. Working today: rate quotes, labels, returns, international, and 9-milestone tracking via both polling and a push webhook.

• Dangerous goods declarations are serialised per item: spec-verified, not yet round-tripped on a live TGE account.
• Voids are recorded in OrderOps only; nothing is sent to TGE. Clear any cancellation with your TGE rep.

Aramex

The courier network formerly trading as Fastway, connected through the myFastway / Aramex Connect API. You bring a client ID and secret from the myFastway portal. There is no separate account number, because the pair is already bound to your Aramex account. Working today: rate quotes, consignment labels at 100 × 150 mm, voids and scan-by-scan tracking.

• Quoting can run per service tier on request: Economy and Priority price side by side on the lane, each with its own ETA, and new tiers appear on the pack bench the first time your account is offered one.
• There is no carrier end-of-day: parcels join your courier's regular pickup run, so OrderOps closes the day with its own driver summary rather than a carrier manifest. Collection is from the address your franchise has registered, not the sender address in Settings.
• Voids are accepted while a consignment has no scans against it; after the first scan, clear it with your franchise. Nothing is destroyed: a deleted consignment can be restored from the myFastway portal.

TNT Australia

Road and express connotes on TNT's consignment service, quoted against Rated Transit Times and tracked through TNT's Weblinking feed, proof-of-delivery images included. You bring your own TNT account and credentials. Working today: rate quotes, thermal connote labels, tracking, end-of-day finalise and void.

• Signature is on by default for every domestic service. Authority to Leave and cover to $10,000 ride along as delivery options at the pack bench.
• Dangerous goods are not supported. TNT's consignment spec leaves the hazard fields undefined, and a regulated declaration is not something to guess at, so the pack bench hides DG for TNT and the server refuses it.
• Finalising or voiding replays the exact consignment we labelled, changing only the flag that closes or cancels it, so neither can rewrite a destination. Spec- and test-verified; one supervised live finalise and void is still on the list.

DHL Express

International express on your own DHL Express account. You bring your DHL account number and API credentials, and OrderOps quotes and books against your contract rates. Working today: rate quotes, labels and the customs paperwork that rides with them, plus tracking.

Every carrier on this page stores its credentials the same way: encrypted per organisation with AES-256-GCM and validated before the first label. Same rules as AusPost: your account, your rates, no pooling.
